Payment
Payment must be made in full before the animals are delivered. Payments can be made in cash, bank transfer or PayPal.
Collection / Delivery / Transport
Animals can be collected in person. Transport to terraristika Hamm is most of the time possible. And a live on arrival is guaranteed.
If animals has to be transported by courier service( organised by the buyer , my responsibility ends when the animals has been handed over to the responsible person at the courier service.
Guarantee
I only sell animals, according to my knowledge and awareness, have no diseases. Due to the nature of things, I cannot be held responsible for internal diseases, parasites, etc. I only sell outwardly healthy and eating animals. The sex determination is carried out to the best of my knowledge and understanding, but cannot be guaranteed.
Vet health checks can be arranged, on buyers expense and must be paid in advance.
If for any reason the animals delivered do not match the animals ordered, you must contact me within 24 hours of the arrival of the delivery. I will change the animals or refund the payment, but only if there are no more animals of the same quality available. For any later subsequent losses, or disease, I do not take responsibility after the receipt of the animals. The freightage for a replacement delivery / or return shipment has to be paid by the customer.
Deposit.
Deposit is normally around 25% for single animals. For orders of more animals deposit amount can vary in agreement with the buyer. Deposit has to be paid before any animals can be reserved!. Deposits will only be refunded if I am unable to fulfill the order.
Reservations are valid for a maximum of 3 months from receipt of the 1st deposit, unless other has been agreed with the buyer.
